Breakfast was really tasty.

The hotel charged us extra for everything, including breakfast, which was misleading because it was advertised as complimentary. I was also put off by the requirement to show a marriage certificate to access our room — this felt invasive and unnecessary.

The outdated property screams for a facelift!!! Rooms lack basic amenities like a stocked mini-bar or a coffee machine!!! Seriously, who designs bathrooms without a sink near the toilet? A bit more privacy would go a long way!!!

In my wife’s opinion, the furniture in the room could use an update.

The highlight of the stay was the warm, welcoming staff, particularly Mr Rida and Mr Siddik, who ensured every need was met. The spacious suite offered magnificent views and included comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. Unfortunately, there were service issues at check-in regarding breakfast inclusion, and upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the experience. The location was convenient for exploring both the old and new city. however, the airport transfer was a bit of a hassle.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with heavy baggage, making me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend it and definitely plan to return for a holiday.

I had a fantastic time! The breakfast was a lavish spread, and I loved the vibrant atmosphere by the pool with live DJ music. Sadly, the room was a bit smaller than expected.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Marina Casablanca and enjoyed some fun arrangements nearby. The outdoor pool and the nightclub were a hit. Just keep in mind the rooms could feel a bit outdated. The food was delicious, and the staff was super helpful!

One downside was the smoking in the downstairs lounge, which got pretty uncomfortable.

the hyatt regency was a fantastic spot for my long layover. it’s very close to the market and has a secure feel with quick access for guests. the staff were super attentive, and the room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I particularly loved the friendliness of Hamdi in the clubroom.

The views from the upper floors are stunning, especially at sunset, giving a perfect backdrop to your stay.

Cleanliness could use serious attention. the carpets at the entrance and in the room felt damp and smelled a bit musty. The room amenities left something to be desired—an empty mini bar and no coffee machine, which feels lacking for a hotel of this caliber. Room service was a bit hit-or-miss as well. the food didn't match the prices, which is a letdown after a long day exploring the city.
